  1. Easier ownership entry

    When adding ownership to a property address in Eagle, we’d like:

    • Purchase date unknown: An option to record that the purchase date is unknown, without having to enter an estimated date.
    • Add spouse as co-owner: A button to add the contact’s linked spouse as a co-owner, carrying across the same ownership details so we don’t have to enter everything twice.

    Adding a spouse should remain optional, as they may not be a registered owner.

    Streamline the deals and appraisals section to make it so you don't have to add in a deal through the appraisal, instead it automatically creates a deal.

    Would like to see a dedicated section for hitlists, buyer requirements and tenant requirements.

    It would be great to have the ability to add specific requirements and generate a list of contacts who are actively looking or considered “hot” prospects.

    This would also allow agents to cross-reference their current listings against active requirements within the database and identify suitable matches more efficiently.

  4. Prospecting Area Filtering Contacts

    When generating call lists, sending sms or email, it would be great to have the ability to exclude contacts that are within a certain group.
