Important Contract Dates to Automatically Feed Through to Agent Calendars
We would like important contract and compliance dates to automatically feed through to the relevant Agent/s’ Eagle calendars, similar to Open Inspection dates.
Important key dates could include contract acceptance dates, finance due dates, building and pest due dates, settlement due dates, listing expiry dates, real estate license expiry dates, staff/team birthdays, other key contract or compliance dates.
Agents generally plan their days using their phone calendars, so having key dates automatically scheduled in their Eagle calendar (which connects to their phone calendar) would make it much easier to track upcoming deadlines and plan accordingly. A resend function for emails
I would like to suggest adding a resend function for emails.
At present, if we send a lengthy email with multiple attachments and it bounces due to an incorrect email address, we have to recreate the entire email and reattach all of the documents before sending it to the corrected address.
A resend option that allowed us to update the recipient's email address and resend the original message would save a significant amount of time and make the process much more efficient.

Sales Advice
When creating a sales advice through the send a letter to the vendor's solicitor button, have the format written in notes carry through (eg. if there are different lines for each item it will look the same in the sales advice - like below)
DEPOSIT - $1234
SETTLEMENT - 60 days
etc.

Shareable File Links for Email Attachments
Shareable file links for email attachments
When sending emails from Eagle, large attachments can sometimes be problematic. They may exceed attachment limits, take a long time to send, or increase the likelihood of the email being delivered to the recipient’s junk folder.
It would be great if Eagle could generate a secure link to selected documents or attachments, which could then be inserted directly into the email. Recipients could click the link to view or download the files without them being physically attached to the email.

Address Sorting - Caps vs Non Caps Addresses do not sort correctly
Addresses do not always sort correctly when ordered by street name.
The issue appears to be related to capitalisation, with addresses entered in CAPITALS being sorted separately from addresses entered in standard sentence case. This results in the address list appearing out of order and makes it more difficult to locate properties.
Suggested Improvements
- Make address sorting case-insensitive.
- Standardise address formatting where possible.
- Ensure addresses sort alphabetically regardless of whether they are entered in capitals, lowercase or sentence case.
This would improve consistency and make address lists easier to navigate and manage.

Contract Interface: Add a tick box for Initial Deposit received
In the contract interface, where it has tick box for deposit received, there should also be one for the initial deposit that you can tick off as this is an important step in the contract process.

Reposition or Manually Adjust Map Coordinates/Location
We’d like to manually reposition a property’s map pin or enter coordinates when the address doesn’t locate it correctly, particularly for new subdivisions or rural parcels using lot numbers.
The corrected location should carry through to the website and property portals.

Document categories and sharing
We’d like listing documents organised under customisable headings, such as Building and Pest, Form 6 and Seller Disclosure. Or ability to re name simply rather than the file name.
Internal categories, particularly Form 6, should be blocked from being shared with buyers through emails, links or automations.

Automatically archive inactive buyer search preferences
We’d like an agency-wide setting in Eagle to choose a default inactivity period, after which a contact’s search preferences are automatically archived.
Inactivity should be based on no new enquiries, inspection notes or other recorded activity during that period. Archived preferences should no longer appear in property matching, while the contact and their history remain intact.
Agents should also be able to manually reactivate search preferences when a buyer starts looking again.

AI-powered reverse buyer matching and ranking
Now that Eagle has AI integration assistant. We’d like Eagle to use AI to interpret buyer enquiries, inspection notes, feedback and agent comments to identify and rank suitable buyers for a property, including at appraisal stage.
This would work best in the format of a Reverse Match button on each property and appraisal address to identify and rank suitable buyers from our database.
It should recognise buyer preferences, must-haves, deal-breakers, budget flexibility and buying readiness—including finance, timeframes and whether they need to sell.

Customisable contract progress flowchart
We’d like the ability to add or remove tick boxes in Eagle’s contract progress flowchart to suit each sale. For example, the ability to add 3 or 4 additional items could include:
Building and pest inspection satisfied
Buyer’s prior sale becoming unconditional
Due diligence completedEach item should have its own due date and completion tick box, displayed alongside the existing stages. We’d also like to remove items that don’t apply, such as finance approval for a cash purchase.
This would make it easier to see which conditions are still outstanding, rather than grouping everything under “All conditions met”.

Alert listing agent when buyers download contracts and reports
Can we provide a link so that when a prospective buyer hits the download button to download a contract, building inspection or a strata report that we are alerted either by sms, email or even have the checkbox ticked on the vendor report and the lead agent alerted that this has happened.
In todays world where buyers want everything now, we are providing it as an auto feature button but can sometimes miss the key point when they download a contract of sale or a report indicating their increased level of interest.

Pest and Building condition in Contracts section
Under the contracts section I'd like to have the option to set the due date for Pest and building condition. In Queensland most contracts are subject to both finance and pest and building inspections and they often have different due dates. It really should already appear the same as the Finance condition above. It should also be included in the check box section on top of the contract information so it can be ticked once Pest and building condition is satisfied.

Trade Me Property has created a new pre-list listing type called Coming Soon which will allow agents to publish a property to Trade Me before it goes to market. A Coming Soon listing:
Runs for a fixed 5 days
Carries no price or sale method
Cannot be edited, extended, relisted or promoted after creation.

Ability to add more than one solicitor or conveyancer for each party in contracts
Solicitors and conveyancers often require emails to be sent to more than one person in their office. It would be great to be able to attach more than one contact in the solicitor's field when creating or editing a contract. It is possible to add more than one contact for the vendor or purchaser, so why is it not possible to add more than one solicitor? Adding a note to the contract as a reminder to email additional persons involved in a contract is not efficient. All concerned parties need to be visible in the contract, not hidden in notes.

I would like to request an additional feature within the Contracts section of our CRM to assist us with our new AML/CTF compliance requirements.
Currently, the Contracts section allows us to track key milestones using checkboxes, including:

Finance
Unconditional
SettlementWith the introduction of the new AML/CTF requirements for real estate, we will also be required to complete AML verification on buyers once finance approval has been received.

Settlement and Anniversary Searches - would be fantastic if we could search for all properties settled in the month of say August and the search brings up every August settlement for the Agent we select for all years.
