  1. Export appraisals list with filters

    Currently we can add filters to narrow down the list of appraisals and we can sort the list in various ascending/descending orders. However, when we download the PDF or CSV, it downloads the entire list of appraisals without filtering or sorting the list.

  2. Customisable appraisal headings and statuses

    We’d like to customise the Hot, Warm and Cold headings in Appraisals—for example, to “1–6 months”, “6–12 months” and “12+ months”.

    We’d also like a “Stagnant / Not Proceeding” status separate from “Lost”. An owner deciding to stay should be recorded differently from an appraisal lost to another agency, with the option to reactivate it later.

  3. Build your own Appraisal template

    We should be able to build our own appraisal templates for Resi and Commercial in Eagle, the templates on offer with corelogic are amateurish to say the least. The domain version is a little better. It's just sad. This is an opportunity for eagle users to stand out from the crowd. THIS IS A TOP PRIORITY

  4. Add a Default Form under REI Forms/Live Realworks for Appraisals

    Client was wanting to have the template that they use to be the first one to come up when they are sending the form (specifically Form 6) on Eagle this way. There is currently 7 Form 6's to select from and would be convenient to have the template that they always use come up as the first form on the options.
