  2. Adding a compliancy tile to the agency dashboard so you can see an overview of what properties are coming up due to be completed/what are overdue (like you do with rent renewals/lease renewals)

  3. When we receive an invoice updating compliance, have a tick box (like the one we use to close maintenance) to update the date that the compliance is due.

  4. Why doesn't the compliance expiry date update or advance like the compliance next service date when you close and create new?

    Can this be updated so the two are in sync?

  5. Would love the ability to filter mail merge by lease dates and rent review dates so the system can pick up expired leases and we can communicate directly with those owners. The same for leases coming up for renewal without having to set up the automated system. Also, is there a way of omitting owners that don't want a renewal and would not appreciate a reminder?

  6. We have a fair few homes that have a standard water meter reading and also a recycled water meter reading that is charged as water consumption. It would be great to have a space to put dual water readings in the water usage section.

  9. Have the ability to enter more than one smoke alarm type. Some properties have two different smoke alarm eg Hardwired and Battery, at the moment we can only register one. This is relevant for both the Smoke Alarms and Compliance (only one can be entered to each)

  10. Need another section in the 'TYPE" dropdown field to say Both. We have some properties that have both Hardwired and Battery Smoke Alarms. At this point you can only pick on or the other. We have to use 'unknown' which is not correct and then makes our staff have to search for the last service report to check what is at the property.

  11. Hi, Following a recent rent roll sale we discovered that the compliance register information stored under the Property does not migrate. Part of due diligence when a seller sells a rent roll is to ensure all this information is up to date. ie Certificate of Titles, Landlord Insurance, Electrical Safety Certificate & Pest Inspections. This information not migrating is quite inconvenient and is something that should be prioritized for future rent roll sales. It was also noted that owner tags, ie mid month/end of month also didn't carry across.

  12. Have an auto communication option so an email can be sent to owner with details of expiring compliance and details of current information held

    1. Have the ability to edit the 'Category' in the compliance register for a property. This would be handy when the incorrect Category is selected
    2. Have the ability to edit the details in the Compliance History for a property if required
    3. Have the ability to bulk edit/join compliance categories
