Rent review dates automatically updates when entering a new amount in rent schedule
Automatically update rent review dates in software when you enter a new amount in the rent schedule. Updated dates should be 10 weeks prior to increase commencement date in the following year.

In Property Management there are core functions such as listings, applications, entries, reviews/renewals, vacates and maintenance that are the basis of managing a portfolio. Therefore, if we use these as a basis, it then comes back to how is this managed, what does a process look like and what is required within the core function. Can you please create a function whereby we can add a random note to pin to the top of our dashboard in a red banner, like 'Close Period' reminder you give us. It would be invaluable for daily use. Thanks.

Task Tile on Dashboard
Task assignment with due date. Can be attached to either property, tenant or owner. To be added to Dashboard, so PM will see what is due that day as soon as they logged in. Also has audit trail and can be assigned to another staff member, as required.

notification rent has been paid
It would be great if you could set up an alert that pops up as a notification for an allocated user when a specific tenant pays their rent (it would be better if you could chose on an individual basis which user receives the notification). It would only be on properties that you manually choose the notification to appear (not every tenant/property).
We have quite a few tenants that have outstanding items that can only be completed when they pay their rent, so currently we have to open every tenant card manually every day to check after the bank rec…

Property main tab - Details mini tab - Property details section - Add notes option here.

It would be nice to be able to see the reason the Tenancy has Held funds at a glance or a hover over the amount,
At the moment one needs to go into the Tenancy Ledger to find the reason, or run a report to find the reason.

Alerts in Invoice Genius
I have owners who pay their own accounts and don't want them deducted from rents, just pinning a 'note' to the profile is not enough of an alert stopping me from accidentally entering the invoice. Would love an ALERT to pop up when entering invoice to stop me from making this mistake.

Alerts on files
Property ME has the option to have an alert on the renter, property and owner screen right in front of you, rather then searching for pinned notes/alerts.
