  1. Cancelled Creditor Invoices and Tenancy Invoices display a status of 'cancelled xx/xx/22' and the 'info' symbol displays cancelled reason.

    It would be helpful to also display the User who cancelled the invoice as this is not displayed at all

    Eg: when clicking on the 'info' symbol it displays 'reason' + 'User initials or short name'

  2. We require additional fields when running Tenancy Rent Reviews report. We need property suburb and also the details ie no of beds, baths and car as per the information already in property tree. This is so we can conduct rent reviews from the report without the need to keep flipping backs and forwards to the property tab in property tree.

  3. Should a Strata/Building Manager not include the Strata Plan number, it would be great to be able to search by the building name as this is usually in their signature.

  4. It would be extremely beneficial to be able to filter not only by date range and accounting period but also by Ownership ID, Property ID and Tenancy ID. This would help in understanding key data changes but to also then aid training should a process not be being followed correctly.

  5. Currently there is no field for PM in the reports within Trust & Reports.
    When managing a team, having this filter would be advantageous - both for business and staff KPIs

  6. Have the total arrears display on the receipt. On the receipt screen once entered it shows the arrears for rent, this should come through to the printed/emailed receipt. Same for invoices - it doesn't currently show the outstanding amount, only what has been paid (it doesn't even show what the original invoice amount was)

  8. A log is required for critical date changes. This includes lease, management and rent review dates. Extremely important especially if there is a PM with a beef and is leaving who loses the care factor. It makes people more accountable.

  9. Would like for PT to have a feature where it will flag or alert the Property Manager if a council or strata rate has not been paid when the owner has opted for this. Or, a report can be generated that will show properties where council/strata rates are to be paid by the agency.

  11. Add a 'Business Role' filter to anywhere there is a filter for Portfolio.

    Including Find Pages, Reporting and all Dashboards

    This will assist immensely when reporting or searching for anything by Portfolio to define the results by a specific Business' Role.

    As an example, currently in Find Profile > You cannot find a simple list of properties that are UNASSIGNED for the Business Role 'Property Manager'.

  12. Show tenants current rent amount on the receipt. It shows on the receipt screen when entering and after it's been entered, but that does not pull through to the printed/emailed receipt

  13. Have just run the key register and it has properties that have been archived still in the list even though the key number has been removed.

    There is no reason for them to be on the list. It would be good if they could be removed or filter so they do not appear in report eg active properties

  14. Option to have the property managers name in all reports, so that when they are exported or printed this is known. As it is only a filter, it's not apparent unless still on that screen in PropertyTree as to who the agent is

  17. Have a ledger for each property and not just for ownership. Difficult to find transactions on large owner portfolios when grouped on one ledger. Understand that we can search this report although not ideal and easy to miss.

  18. The ability to run an arrears report for Commercial using effective date as well as periodic the same as residential

  19. The Rent Summary Report within the Tenancy Tribunal report is a very difficult report to explain at tribunal when an explanation is required eg to a judge and or tenant

    It would provide alot more clarity if the Date Paid column also included the paid to date of the rent paid at that date. This would explain the Arrears Amount column as well.

  20. Capture more information in the information audit, such as changing dates (leases, vacating), bond details, charging fees, editing bank account details. Would be good to be able to have this accessible by profile too
