Document Management Folders
When you open the document tab it should be set into folders or categories so all documents can be filtered into different tabs and not shown as a list of random documents. The categories could be set by each agency like (management docs, invoices, maintenance, tenant docs, compliance, etc.) I know there are categories already however having all documents held together in one folder by type would make things easier.

Attach invoice to create credit
It does not seem that you can add an invoice when creating a credit to a tenant. The owner just sees the credit applied on the statement but no invoice can be attached. Would be nice for an owner to have a document to support the tenant credit.

Only certain users should be able to delete files from the document management

Change of Owner, having the option able to transfer over document management and notes
When doing a change of owner, we want to have the option to include the notes or document management files to bring across to the new property

Document Type user security access
The file document system in Property tree does not provide enough protection in regards to specific access to certain documents such as Tenancy applications and Management agreements with attached ID that are stored in the document system. Legislation requires our office to collect ID such us drivers' licence, passports etc these are then stored in Documents for everyone who has access to view PT currently there is no way to restrict access to these documents types by user. I believe this should be addressed as a matter of urgency the fines for not protecting this kind of information are huge.

Add Column of Invoice Amount Under Ownership/Tenancy Document
It would be useful to add a column of invoice amount under the document tap for ownership as we usually look up past invoices and look for one that has a certain figure that we have in mind.

Have the ability to pin/favourite files in document management so they always appear at the top
Have the ability to pin/favourite files in document management so they always appear at the top of the list. Currently they all appear in the order they were saved, so when you have a property you've managed for a long time, the most important files can be the very first ones ever saved
