Document Type user security access
The file document system in Property tree does not provide enough protection in regards to specific access to certain documents such as Tenancy applications and Management agreements with attached ID that are stored in the document system. Legislation requires our office to collect ID such us drivers' licence, passports etc these are then stored in Documents for everyone who has access to view PT currently there is no way to restrict access to these documents types by user. I believe this should be addressed as a matter of urgency the fines for not protecting this kind of information are huge.

This is critical as currently identity fraud is out of control and all data breaches must be reported to the office of the Australian information Commissioner.
