Mail Merge Attachments
When reviewing “Link to an attachment” within Mail Merge templates, there is currently no list view showing which Mail Merge templates each attachment is linked to. This information only becomes visible when attempting to delete the attachment.
If you then want to review other attachments, you need to go back into the document, reopen the attachments section, and scroll back to where you were. This makes managing a larger number of Mail Merge templates and attachments unnecessarily time-consuming.
It would be helpful if:
The attachment list displayed which Mail Merge template(s) each attachment is linked to.
When a Mail Merge template is deleted, any attachment used exclusively by that template is automatically removed.
Attachments that are still linked to other templates are retained.
These changes would make attachment management much more user-friendly and make it significantly easier to keep the template library tidy.
