expired links for owners
Quite a few of our landlords are contacting us advising that the links to statements for end of financial year and also invoices with statements are no longer accessible through property tree and the links have expired and we are having to resend documents, this is time consuming and looks unprofessional. Please rectify this for the future, landlords who have access to the portal should be able to access all their documents regardless.
