Collection of Identification
A space to record number of children in the property and dates of births and licence details. With legislation shifting on the collection of ID documents, we are no longer storing this inside documents in Property Tree but the D.O.B and licence details can be and is used for regulatory and compliance reporting on property programs.
If you need to blacklist a tenant at the end of a tenancy, you need some ID information to record this and if ever required for police matters.
A pinned note is not satisfactory as this is complex to export against a building of properties or a tenant export in agora insights.
