Ownership Profile field for landlord/owner background information
We'd like to suggest a dedicated "Owner Profile" field on the ownership record itself, rather than being buried in a Note.
Property managers regularly build up useful background knowledge about our landlords, things like their spouse/partner's name, where they live, how they prefer to be contacted, their preferences around leasing, whether they purchased the property through us, or general context about their portfolio. Right now the only place we capture this is a Note titled "Owner Profile," which isn't easily visible and makes it harder to find and reference at a glance.
Having a freeform text field directly on the ownership profile would make this information far more accessible to the whole team, especially when a relative lives in the property, or when an owner holds multiple ownerships. It would help us have more informed, personal conversations and write more tailored emails, since anyone on the team could quickly see relevant background before reaching out, rather than relying on one person's memory or having to dig through notes.
This would make a real difference to how we relate to our landlords day-to-day.
