remove ticked checkbox to charge a fee when doing a tenant credit within the receipting page
Within tenancy receipting you can now create a credit. When you create a credit from this screen the tickbox charge a fee is automatically ticked.
This needs to not be ticked like it is when creating a tenancy credit through the tenancy funds option.
If it is not ticked it then WONT charge a management fee (which is what we want on a credit)
