Make Maintenance Notes More Visible
It would be helpful if the Maintenance screen provided a visual indication when notes have been added to a job, without requiring users to click on the notes icon.
Currently, the only way to determine whether notes exist is to open the notes section for each maintenance request. This can be time-consuming, particularly when managing a large number of jobs, and important updates can easily be overlooked.
A simple indicator, such as a coloured notes icon, a badge displaying the number of notes, or a small preview showing the most recent note, would allow Property Managers to quickly identify jobs with additional information.
This would improve workflow efficiency, reduce unnecessary clicks, and make it much easier to monitor maintenance jobs and their communication history at a glance.
