Cancel Individual Work Orders Without Cancelling the Entire Job
It would be beneficial to have the ability to cancel a work order for a specific contractor without having to cancel the entire maintenance job.
Currently, if a contractor is unable to complete the work, declines the job, or the Property Manager decides to engage a different contractor, the only option is to cancel the entire job and start the process again. This removes the job history and creates unnecessary administrative work.
Instead, it would be helpful to be able to cancel or close the work order for the individual contractor while keeping the maintenance job active.
