Attachments Included with Multiple Quote Requests
It would be extremely helpful if attachments (such as photos, videos, or supporting documents) could automatically be included when sending the same quote request to multiple contractors.
Currently, attachments are only sent to the first contractor the request is issued to. Any other contractors receive the request without the attached files, requiring the Property Manager to manually resend the attachments to each contractor.
This is time-consuming and increases the risk of contractors providing inaccurate quotes because they don't have access to the same information. Allowing attachments to be included with all quote requests would improve efficiency, ensure consistency, and help contractors provide more accurate quotations the first time.
