Bulk Mail Merge for All Tenants OR Owners in a Strata Plan
Suggestion to create a feature to send a mail merge email to all the tenants or owners of a particular strata plan. This will be extremely useful when agents need to forward important notices relating to all the tenants or owners. (Fire inspections, notice of building works etc.)

As recommended by one of our lovely users, the best way to manage this is via Groups/Tags. You can then use the tag for not only mail merge, but reports too.

Create tags for your premises with the strata plan numbers, you can then send the mail merge by selecting specific tags.
