Workflows - ability to have a workflow that does not need to be attached to a property/owner, etc. New managements for example, being able to have the workflow from when you receive a new management agreement - so from the set up of the owner/property, etc. Obviously we don't have the owner/property in the system. The workflow template currently starts at saving the management agreement under the owner, and those final bits. I really think it is important to have a workflow that begins right at the moment we take on management of the property, as there is a lot that happens before where it currently starts.

As agency departments work differently and often remotely these days, the ability to send another department an email generated from a work flow would be so helpful. Eg property management notifying accounts to set up bank details, bill payments, strata fees ect. keeps everything in writing too.
