Email all
The new change for emailing all doesn't just let you email all as had been done. You now have to choose the person to email. This slows the process down and is annoying. Please adjust so that if you choose email all, all the emails are ready to be emailed.

Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We have logged this to be remedied. Just a side note, when something isn't working as it should, can you please ensure our support team are notified, it was just by chance we saw your suggestion (as ideas are reviewed each week). I'll close off this suggestion, as it doesn't need votes to get sorted - it was unfortunately not meant to change that Email All behaviour.
