Hi User Voice Supporters! We're currently setting requirements with the development team for Failed Communication Notifications and are after some feedback to ensure we get the right notifications to you and your team.
Would you prefer, an In-App (in Property Tree) notification, that alerted you each time a communication failed?
Or, would you prefer to receive an email each time a communication failed? (similar to an outlook or gmail bounce-back).
In the case of receiving an email, if you are using the Communication Platform where your email replies are received into Property Tree, would you prefer this failed email notification to be received into the Communication Platform inbox, assigned to you (or the company, if the email was sent from the company)? Or would you prefer this email to be sent to your external email each time an email failed to send? If you are not using the Communication Platform,…

This is great its finally being looked into. We dont use the email communication in PT so our preference would to receive it to our external email each time - we also are in our inbox daily so it is likely to be seen and actioned quicker then if its in PT (For our office anyways) Email per email failure same day would be best as we do send vacate notices, rent increases etc from PT and they are time sensitive.

Yes we need this!! ITs great having the tenant lease and end date but having the original lease start date is important as we invoice tenants prorata from the start of the lease from our own reads so when they sign a new lease we have to double check the original start date.

We have a lot of Villas and Units and these are not options under property types. It would be good if we can add our own into these lists as currently no option to do so

It would be helpful if in the create creditor invoice page that it shows the creditors bank details in the creditor section so you can double check it is correct without having to always check the creditor card then going back to enter in the invoice.

We are pleased to advise that new Owner and Tenant Portals are now in Development! This will be accessible on both web and Apps for Owners and Tenants. We'll let you know once this is available for EAP and general availability.

A tenant has called me up and advised his portal shows he is in arrears. I ahve checked his account and he has a part payment which effectively pays him up to another date so he is not in arrears. Is there a way the portal can work of the effective dates. This has been asked before on the weekly reports that come throguh as well as it shows arrears but does not take into account most have paid extra to move forward so their effective date is not passed yet so they are not techicnally in arrears. This would help a lot to avoid unneccassary phone calls from upset tenants and also confusing the directors when they see the reports asking why the arrears is so large when infact its not.

When entering in an invoice through invoice genius and doing a tenant invoice it does not show the tenants lease dates as it does when entering a normal invoice and tenant invoice.

I was just about to suggest the same improvement, its all well and good we have automated communications but if we are not looking at the dashboard every day you wont know if things are coming up for renewal. An email to the point of contact when an automated communication is sent or an alert would be great so it can be followed up.

Would be great to have the archive filter as an option as its a pain when doing key audits having to remove all the archived ones without numbers
