Individual tenant reminders
It would be great to have the ability to set up automatic payment reminders for individual tenants only. For example, I have one tenant (as most of us do) who never pays rent on time and frequently falls into arrears. Every Tuesday, I manually check her profile to see if she paid rent on Monday, and if not, I send her a reminder text that the rent was due yesterday.
It would be incredibly helpful to have an option to automate this process—specifically, to set up a reminder for a particular tenant only if their rent is more than one day in arrears. This would save time and ensure timely follow-ups without the need for manual checks.
