Rent Arrears
With ‘REST’ even if a tenant was short by a dollar/cent, it would never move them forward a month!!!
MY QUESTION TO YOU IS : Why is this happening with Property Tree?
1) We are answerable to owners, who question us (and)
2) Tenants think they are fine with payments due to the Paid to date reflecting they have moved forward by a month
hence nothing owed for which we are having to explain to them . This is time consuming & annoying !!!
If an old program like ‘REST’ could do it, why can’t Property Tree. Please update your software & confirm per return email. Thanks

Referred to support - Rent should never roll into another period unless the full amount is paid, taking into account any part payment. The ledger shows a column specifically for the part payment (next to the paid to dates), and also a column for credit (next to the payee name).

If tenants are short with monthly rent even by a dollar, let it remain in Credit.
Also on tenants ledger, it is is incorrect heading :: Credit is what Tenants Paid / and Part payment is the Credit. Please fix it!!!!
