A pop-up notification during the tenant vacate process would help ensure critical property-specific tasks are not missed, particularly where there are financial, maintenance, or compliance implications. Unlike pinned notes, which can easily be overlooked unless manually checked, an automatic prompt would provide a clear and timely reminder to staff at the exact point the action is required. This would improve visibility, reduce risk of costly oversights, and help maintain consistent property management processes across all properties. Would recommend this feature in a heart beat!!!
