Delivery Status on Communications
It would be great if we could see if someone opened an email out of PT.

Hi Amber, you can see the Opened Date/Time for emails in the Communication History. If you do not see the column for "Status Details" click on the three dots menu and select to show that column. We will look to surface this in other areas too.
