This feature is so important to us being a commercial agency. Our team enjoy using property tree but not having this feature is the main reason we would consider changing providers. Please provide this budgeted outgoings function asap, it would be greatly appreciated.

This is a vital automation that needs to be added to ensure we can accurately manage the commercial leases without having to manually be across this for all our properties. It should calculate & add the interest daily & be included in the following months invoice/statement. We should be able to add the interest rate when adding the tenant/lease information at the start of the tenancy.
