To have a "Sticky Notes" option to flag a certain important note about a profile
Sometimes there is an important information about the tenant/landlord or the property itself that we need to remember before engaging any communications with the relevant parties, it would be helpful to have a "sticky notes" kind of function so that we can flag all the members when we open the profiles.
For example: The landlord requires all statement or communication to be done via post (even when they have email addresses), it would be nice to remember that rather then going though notes as we don't normally looking into notes if we don't have to.
The flag or sticky notes option can be turned of if needed, but can be there to flag users.

When added a note, there is an option to pin it which makes it appear at the top of the profile pages (regardless whether you are in the owner, property or tenant you can see the pinned notes related to those profiles). You can also choose to pin notes for certain tasks - ie, receipting or invoicing so that it appears when that profile is selected.
