It is absolutely essential for Property Managers to have the ability to change the creditor, as re-entering the job manually is both time-consuming and frustrating when a creditor needs to be updated.
Moreover, it would be highly beneficial for this action to be recorded in the creditor history, property history, or relevant system log—including details on who declined the job. This information is important to track when the original work order was replaced and to provide transparency on why the maintenance process is taking the set time to complete.
