This would be a massive improvement!! So often we have landlords ask this and we simply have to say no, sorry. An incremental withhold would be fantastic.

I definitely agree - the tenancy ID should always be listed as the reference. When tenants pay using the invoice number, you can't search this when receipting - so what's the point?

This would be a massive improvement! Same with tenancy name instead of the tenant's contact names. Currently if you have 3 tenants, only the primary tenant prefills. Presently, there really is no point in the prefilling as it's not customisable or correct. We override each section manually every single time.
