An error occurred while saving the comment This would be AMAZING!! It could be set up as “send auto arrears on:” and you then select the days of the week.
We have actually turned our auto arrears off completely and we do them manually because there were so many issues when we forgot to turn them off or back on. -

We are pleased to advise that new Owner and Tenant Portals are now in Development! This will be accessible on both web and Apps for Owners and Tenants. We'll let you know once this is available for EAP and general availability.
An error occurred while saving the comment Hi @Angela, we have just bought a rent roll from someone on PMe, they relied heavily on the owner portal and we've never used PTree's. I have had a bit of a fiddle in the last few weeks but I'm not confident inviting them to use it as it is. An error occurred while saving the comment Totally agree with the comments - we need a 'quote received, awaiting owner approval' - it should be automatically changed to his when you attach the quote. Could also get rid of 'owner attending' we would just cancel the job if that were the case, as the owner is not a creditor. Also 100% need to be able to change the creditor, it's so frustrating having to re-enter the job when someone says they can't do it.

This would be incredible - I couldn’t agree more, there is a lot to be desired. Every Christmas I have to sit down and reschedule all of our inspections to take into consideration a 4 week break, rather than just select all > push forward 4 weeks.
The route planner would be fantastic - we’ve found ourselves inputting the addresses into a random website to get the best route rather than using PT.
