Have a seperate report listing all un allocated funds
There is no alert to let you know when to allocate funds or even if there are funds to allocate with commercial tenancies

The Tenancy Funds report (under Trust and Reports) can be filtered by Commercial, and will show you funds held as well as rent owing and invoices/fees owing
