Ability to send comms from Business Role
Currently you can only send automated comms from a User, Point of Contact or Company. However when you have 2x people working on one property, various comms should be sent from either user.
There should be an ability in PT to send from business role in the agency.

Would HIGHLY recommend it. Time is lost when a senior PM needs to take time out of their busy day to delegate emails to the property officer for routine inspections, arrears, etc.
Emails can get actioned faster if they come directly to the PO. -

Extremely important. I'm forever having to delegate these emails to my colleague so he can assist especially with routine inspections under his name.

Currently automated comms can just be sent from 'Point of Contact' or 'Company'. We would like option to have comms sent from a particular person, rather than the PM.
As sometimes you have a Senior PM & PM allocated to one property, and automated comms should come from PM, rather than Senior PM (who is listed as PM on PT)
