Time is lost when a senior PM needs to take time out of their busy day to delegate emails to the property officer for routine inspections, arrears, etc. Emails can get actioned faster if they come directly to the PO. Would HIGHLY recommend it. Time is lost when a senior PM needs to take time out of their busy day to delegate emails to the property officer for routine inspections, arrears, etc.
Emails can get actioned faster if they come directly to the PO.
