Communication Platform Replies - Adhoc
When receiving replies for statement/receipts into the comms platform, it changes thread to ad-hoc communication. Which does not make sense.

If any adhoc email is sent, the reply is labelled as adhoc. Statements and Receipts are labelled accordingly and not changed when replies are received
