Landlord Withheld Funds
We are increasingly finding landlords budgets are tights. A few have asked if we could withhold funds on a monthly basis that carry over and accumulate. For instance if a clients has an expense they want to save for or quarterly bills they can withhold a set amount, say $100 for instance every month that would be held aside & accumulate for future use.
At present we can only put a hold on 1 set amount.

It would be great to be able to automatically withold a set amount of owner funds per statement period, for eg withold $200 per week for upcoming works.
would be much easier than manually updating the withold amount each time. -

This would be a massive improvement!! So often we have landlords ask this and we simply have to say no, sorry. An incremental withhold would be fantastic.

We have had Owners asking to set aside eg $200 each month that would accumulate to build up for large expenses.

To clarify the funds need to accumulate each month.

It would be good if you could automatically set an amount to withhold from owner funds each month. This would allow sufficient funds to always be available to pay quarterly rates bills. We find at times that one months rent is not always enough to cover the rates levy.
