    Expanding the property details tab to allow for information regarding placement and number of air-cons, type of and model of appliances, specific information regarding number and type of rooms etc would make it much easier to understand what the property is and its configuration.

    To clarify the funds need to accumulate each month.

    It would be good if you could automatically set an amount to withhold from owner funds each month. This would allow sufficient funds to always be available to pay quarterly rates bills. We find at times that one months rent is not always enough to cover the rates levy.
