Rent Increase notices integration with REI Forms doesn't populate relevant fields
So when doing rent increases the system upgrade suggestions are as below.
- The system doesn’t populate the second and proceeding tenants.
- The system doesn’t populate the rent increase amount or date of increase even though the information is populated in PT
- The PT system names the file as Notice of Rent Increase11 Esher Street, BurwoodMaria Falguera & Leonardo Falguera_Ref-0045608940.p but wont allow you to save it in PT saying it includes invalid characters, then why doesn’t the system name it something compatible. They created the system.
So we have no choice but to save the notice to property folder and rename before we can upload to PT communication which is double handing and a time wasting exercise.
PT need to consider these are seriously impacting on the productiveness of the business if they would like us to remain loyal to their product.
Additionally we cannot blind copy the landlord which also makes for double handing.
Alternatively when you copy additional recipients in are they all blind copied or individual email go out??
