    In Victoria Leasing Fee's are often quoted on the authority as a % on the gross annual rent. We need to be able to do this in Property Tree - the currently calculation work arounds is a disaster!!!!!

    Happy for the user to need to be an Administrator or Super User to be able to do this but we need to be able to correct details.
