Option to send job progress email.
After a work order has been sent, the only options currently are "Re-send work order" and "download work order". It would be very helpful if there is an option for "send a request for job progress". This way we can conveniently follow up with the creditor.

When a work order is sent to trades there is no way for us to follow it without manually finding the trade contact details.
Having a Job Progress update, similar to mail merge, for trades would be beneficial for time pressing work orders .

When following up a maintenance request, it would be great if you could send a message to follow up the trade, or remind to complete.
