    When a work order is sent to trades there is no way for us to follow it without manually finding the trade contact details.
    Having a Job Progress update, similar to mail merge, for trades would be beneficial for time pressing work orders .
    See example below

    Could you please provide me with an update on the status of job #{Job Number}?

    If you’re having any difficulty arranging access or fitting the job into your schedule please let me know so I can assist to ensure we meet our customer’s expectations.
