Compliance Register for Contractor Insurance
Used the same as owners managements, smoke alarms and owners insurances this will give us a place to easily record and follow up outdated contractors. Having the ability to also send out reminders and requests for updates would be the biggest time saver.
Hi Supporters! we've been digging deeper on this topic and after a bit more feedback if you have any -
1. We can introduce a compliance tab to the Creditor and you'd be able to track any items you wish (you could configure your own categories as you do with properties). Would you prefer to see a separate Creditor Compliance Register for reporting, or keep this information in the current Compliance Register with the ability to filter between Property Compliance and Creditor Compliance?
2. When a Creditor Compliance item has expired, what behaviour would you like to see? I warning when you enter a creditor against a maintenance job? and/or when a maintenance email is sent?
Any other notifications or areas that should be considered when we look to implement creditor compliance?

All creditors that provide Public Liability and Insurance details - similar to Property Compliance with expiry dates so that we can produce reports for Plumbers, Electricians, and any other trade

It would be handy if there was an option to enter creditor insurance details so we can ensure we are using licensed tradespeople. REST gave you this option and would alert you when their license expired.

I have set up Contractor Insurances under Compliance Register so it can send alerts and you can run reports

Add a tab in the creditor window "compliance" to add their insurances, licenses etc. and an area where you can enter the date it expires.

An area with the ability to add, store, track and report on creditors Public Liability, License's etc.
Currently they are visible and reportable in Maintenance+ - should you not have the product though, you cannot.
It would be a great function to have visibility in core PT, that way it can also talk to M+ also.

I'd like a dedicated compliance tab within creditors, you can enter and upload insurance details and set a date for renewals. have this then link to work orders so that you can not send a work order to a contractor with out of date insurance. Also set it up to automatically email trades to ask for updated insurance.

I would love to see PT create a section for agents to track compliance requirements for Trades within PT, as currently there is no place to put creditor insurance details, so you can’t run a basic report to see which trade has expiring insurance details so we can ensure we chase them up to get these documents.
