We're pleased to advise that as part of the Tenancy Statement work to show outstanding invoices, we have included the ability to produce a statement for rent due to a chosen date. This can be produced for rent only, rent and invoices, or invoices only.

We are unable to amend the invoice due dates on those invoices entered through Invoice Genius where the tenant has also been invoiced. We often get payment extentions on invoices but cannot amend in PT.

This has been an issue in our office. I'd like to see a Settlement tick box which means once this is ticked all tenant payments get receipted to held funds for manual allocation but not have this show on the tenant ledger in case settlement gets delayed.
