    Have the vendor and purchaser's conveyance emails and phone numbers available in the mail merge fields.
    There is a lot of double handling to prepare a Sales Advice
    Also have the conditions of sale available on the screen and the mail merge options.

    Could the tenant receipt be amended to show any outstanding invoices to residential tenants.
    It would serve as a reminder to tenants. Yes, you've paid your rent, but this balance is remaining on an outstanding invoice.
