  2. At the moment it's only for the days after, once the rent is overdue, but it would be ideal to have one for before the due date as well. For example; "Rent Due Tomorrow" with the description inside as "Friendly Reminder, your rent is due tomorrow, please make sure payment is made to avoid arrears on your ledger!"

  3. Be able to send another email by replying to your own email when you want to send another message related to the first but you can't because the owner/tenant hasn't replied to your original message yet so instead of continuing on the same thread you have to make a whole new email thread. And that can get messy and confusing.

  4. Would like more merge fields to be able to add to communication templates such as Key Numbers, Inspecting Agent, Inspection Day of the Week, Days Overdue, Strata details, Alarm Code, Bond Top Up (outstanding amount being difference between required and held)

  6. The SSO update is intended to improve security and ease access; but, every time we add ownership or a creditor, we must input an OTP. Assume we add 10 ownerships/creditors per day, means we must also generate 10 OTPs.

    Code takes too long to arrive at times and is quite time consuming. Instead of always entering OTP, I believe we should have the choice to verify once and trust a device without constantly inputting OTP.

  8. when change of ownership is carried out, property documents and maintenance jobs need to transfer with it, the owner may change but the property issues and documents remain with the property always.

  9. when another agency takes over a property, instead of entering a vacate notice (as the tenant isn't actually vacating) I request a feature maybe on the three dots under tenancy that can say "management takeover"

    In this page it will open up and you can enter the reason for loss, the new agency details.

  10. Create an option to edit the PDF work orders within configuaration settings. Currently you can edit the email template for creditors, however there is no option to edit the PDF version that is attached to the email.

    Currently we have a discrepency between work order email and work order PDF, PDF does not state billing details and we have had problems with invoices being addressed incorrectly due to this as some contractors go off of the PDF instead of email.

  11. Hi Supporters! We're looking at refreshing the Owner and Tenant Portals this year and invite you to comment below any feedback regarding this. What do you like or dislike about the current Portals? Is there additional information that you'd like to provide to your Owners and/or Tenants?   12. Have the tenant lease start and end date appear when doing a create tenancy invoice (currently does when oncharging from the creditor invoice or invoice genius). Also show if a vacate date is entered

  16. Ability to suspend fees for a set period (like dates for automated communications). At the moment they have to be deleted and then added back in. Other option would be to $0 out the fees (which currently you have to delete them and re-add them later), if we can enter a $0 charge then we can report on this to check/alter

  18. It is necessary to have the Tenancy ID as a Merge Field in the Auto Comm template for Tenancy Invoices. Currently, the Tenancy ID only displays on an Invoice if ‘Tenancy Invoices’ is ticked in the Trust Configuration (screenshot below) however, that is not an option for clients using DEFT, because they do NOT want to share their Trust details with the tenants, but they still want their Tenants to receive the Tenancy ID (e.g. also for adhoc invoices etc)

  19. Cancelled Creditor Invoices and Tenancy Invoices display a status of 'cancelled xx/xx/22' and the 'info' symbol displays cancelled reason.

    It would be helpful to also display the User who cancelled the invoice as this is not displayed at all

    Eg: when clicking on the 'info' symbol it displays 'reason' + 'User initials or short name'

  20. Work orders should have "Status Updates" on work orders. Such as Quote Requested, Waiting on Approval, Work Order sent, Completed, Rejected, Hold, Owner Attending.

    This will make it easier when following up on work orders where the job is currently at.
