  1. Include tenant contact number and email etc on tenancy overview -useful when providing tenant info to sales department & new managing agent

  2. Recently we entered a tenant in as a creditor and our trust accountant clicked on the 'use existing contact' not knowing that by doing this, it would affect his current profile. Our tenant then no longer had access to his portal and had to set it up again. Perhaps what would be helpful is a 'pop up' to advise the user that by clicking on this, may affect the current profile.

  3. During a change of ownership, the vendors insurance information transfers to the new ownership and should not. Insurance policies relate to the owners not property.

  4. It would be extremely beneficial to have storage cage/units as a property detail in addition to the other attributes such as beds, baths and car spaces etc. This could be signified by an icon or even the word 'storage'

  5. move the bond & deposits field closer to lease and rent or make it part of this field so that it is completed and updated when prospects are converted or easily completed when rent increases are done.

  7. In Rest we had the ability to set up 3 different rental columns for Residential Tenancies that could be set to weekly/fortnightly/monthly which was great for the likes of Rent + Carpark or Boarding Houses with regular charges. This way handled these types of tenancies better than recurring invoices

  8. Would like to be able to keep file of the type and brand of appliances, heating, cooling under the property profile e.g. in cases of hydronic heating, electrical HWS, refrigerated cooling. Would make it quick and easy to send out the correct trades/companies without needing to sift through previous maintenance or property photos (and where people will automatically look for this information).

  9. It would be a good idea to have a space listing all your terminated properties on the vacancy dashboard so you can see not only your vacating but also your 90 day termos coming up etc.

  10. Do we have a time frame yet when Property Tree is going to be more user friendly with holiday management? ie ability to only enter tenants as prospects?

  12. I'd love to see a section in the financials of all Invoice history for that tenancy or ownership instead of having to go through the ledger or scroll through the financials tap hunting for an invoice.

  15. In Rest you were able to go straight to the property and bring up all transactions / creditor payment made for that property instead of viewing through owner ledger and searching.

  17. eg: if renter has a part payment and is vacating, show a positive under the rent (Total Arrears) instead of showing $0.00 show a + to indicate overpayment

  20. We would like to be able to differentiate between two separate PT accounts, so when switching between accounts they look visibly different. This may be in the form of a different background colour (this was an option in REST).
