  1. The "Actual Unconditional Date" is used as a trigger for some other parts of the system, such as allowing a sold listing to appear in the Sold section of a blast email, or to send through to a media vendor integration partner.
    However it is a manual field which is often overlooked, so it would be helpful to see this information auto populated once the Portal status changes to Sold which would confirm that it is in fact Unconditional.

  2. We would like the ability to capture web enquiries for listings from portals other than just REA and Domain. Especially via our own brands website by adding the Lead Capture email address as a secondary address. This would ensure all client details are captured from any source we choose, not just some, saving our agents from needing to remember to add some email enquires to the system and not others.

  3. Currently there is no way to report on listings that have a contract or section 32/SOI attached.

    Request to be able to search for files attached to a listing. Or run a report to identify if listing has files attached

    Categories is any of File Attached
    Sub filter
    - file is any of Contract
    - file is any of SOI

  4. As an admin user I'd like to be able to print sent emails from the contact history in Box+Dice so I can include them in the file.

    This function existed prior to the Align update.

    When you go back to the email in the contact card, you can see the date and time it was sent but not the content. When you open the email you can see the content but not the date and time it was sent.

    A print button is available when you first send the email, but once you close the modal it is never available…

  7. When sending an email via a Library template, if I want to CC other contacts I can only search them by name. Whereas when sending a standard email I can also search by mobile or email address.

    Often there are several contacts with the same name which makes it very difficult to know if you are selecting the correct contact or not.

  8. Major web portals (REA, Domain, View.com.au) support a listing type of 'For Sale or Lease'.
    As an agency that manages commercial property, I want to be able to enter listings into Box+Dice and select this listing type, and upload as such to those portals that support it.

  9. When using the Project Module you have the ability to bulk add properties, and also bulk-list them. However, there is no option to bulk add the owner/vendor at the same time.
    Once the properties are created, you must go into each property and add the owner one at a time. This results in a lot of extra admin work for a large project.

  10. It would be great if Box + Dice could automatically update a listing's website status when the listing is marked as Settled or Cancelled.

    At the moment, our team needs to update both the listing status and website status separately, which creates an extra manual step and can sometimes result in outdated listings remaining on our website.

    Having these statuses update automatically would save time and help ensure our website always displays current listings.

  11. We would love to have Vendor and Buyer Portals that allow clients to access relevant information throughout the sales process.

    Potential features could include:

    • Access to campaign updates and vendor reports
    • Inspection and enquiry feedback
    • Open for inspection attendance statistics
    • Viewing scheduled appointments
    • Document sharing and signing
    • Property updates and communication history
    • Buyer access to contracts, property documents and transaction updates
    • Automated notifications when new information is available
    • Integration with Realestate.com.au to display campaign performance metrics such as views, saves and enquiries, giving vendors a single place to monitor their property's performance

  12. Now that there is a mandatory AML/CTF check Australiawide and in QLD a mandatory Form 2 Seller Disclousure for all sales, it would be ideal if there was a Type "mandatory fees" or similar so that our clients dont want to "remove" those costs from their marketing schedules

  13. Since the update to B+D I have noticed the Approved Files in the Listing page is no longer in Date Added order. Is there any way I can default this back to dated added, so I don't have to keep clicking on the ⬆️Date Added heading?
    I would like to be able to set a default to have files saved in 'Approved Files' be sorted in Date Order not by File Type.

  15. It would be great to have the ability to Select Page on the Contacts screen, in addition to the Select All function.

    This will make it easier to spilt a My Contact database across multiple agents when someone leaves the company.
    For example: Being able to Select Page of 100 contacts, instead of selecting the bulk 4,000 contacts.

  16. At present, when a lead is captured from a portal, buyer details are automatically added to the note generated against that buyer. That note is visible by default, which means the information then flows through to vendor reports.

    To prevent this, agents currently have to hide each Lead Capture buyer note individually.

    A simple solution would be to either remove the contact details from the lead capture note altogether, or have the note generated as hidden by default.

  17. We should be able to report on all sales activities at any given time.

    Currently the CRM cannot pull a report on past inspections.
    You can view them on the Inspections View tab but you cannot export to CSV.

    Adding an export to csv function on this view would be beneficial or adding a column for Past Inspections in the Sales Listing View that you can filter on.

  18. As an: Agent or Admin
    I would like to: schedule in advance the date a listing becomes Active and automatically uploads to all web portals configured for that listing, based on the Campaign Start Date field.
    To accomplish: allow listings to be prepared, reviewed, and approved ahead of time so that they can automatically go live on the correct date — even when the responsible agent is on leave, away during weekends, or over holiday periods — ensuring marketing timelines are met without requiring manual intervention.

As someone who spends most of my day working from my phone, I would like to be able to see whether buyers have opened the emails I send to them (for example contracts) in the agent app, to know who is engaged and should be followed up. Currently I need to log into the web application to see this.

  20. It would be great if there was an ACL to restrict users from deleting boards created by other users. Similarly to saved filters shared in office groups, if one user creates a board for the group - only they can delete it not others.
