  1. Add Interest Price information to the Agent App.
    I can see where to add the interest price via the desktop but is there also an option via the app? I am wanting the information to appear in the advanced vendor report price feedback chart.

  3. Like most businesses, we have a number of forms – Privacy statements, fillable offer forms, trust account detail forms etc that need to be in each file section of our listing for administration purposes and also available to the sales agents (through the agents app).

    These are generic forms which need updating from time to time and also need to be added to or changed regularly.

    Wouldn't it be great to be able to add these files to all current listings in a bulk upload?

    It's currently extremely time consuming to search and open each individual listing file and drag…

  4. As a system user, I would like my auto-alerts to differentiate between a withdrawn listing and a cancelled sale

    The system identifies the Withdrawn and Cancelled as the same thing. When they are different. If you click Cancel Sale on a Not Settled listing, its status is changed to Sale Cancelled but functionally in the system this is the same as Listing Cancelled.
    Typically if a sale falls over the listing will stay on the market, so the client expectation is that Cancel Sale should change the status back to Current, and remove all the sale information from the Sales…

  5. For Rentals, be able to sign potential tenants in like what we can do with Sales so we can see who has viewed the property and then all their contact details are there too

  6. Being able to create a rental appraisal letter or any other letter the same way you do a Sales letter would be greatly beneficial. Seeing we use Box N Dice to upload properties to realestate.com.au and domain, having this function makes it easy to keep track of rental appraisals as well as a easy way to produce letters to owners and to potential purchasers as well.

  7. In situations where I need to send a bulk SMS to a large number of recipients (over the system cap) I would like to be able to sort my on-screen filtered list of contacts to display 100 at a time, and then select each page-full in turn and SMS them.

  8. Currently, a client can only view reports for Blast emails and E-Alerts.

    Can we please consider implementing a way for clients to see a report of emails sent to contacts?
    Ideally, the report would need to contain:

    Opens
    Not opened
    Unsubscribes
    Failed emails

    This is similar to the current Blast Reports.

  10. Issue:
    A user can export up to 500 records in the ‘advanced view’ screen, but not in the front end screen, unless access levels with the ability to export more than 500, is given to that role.

    Request:
    Client would like the ability to nominate the number of records an individual Access Level can export.

    Outcome:
    Staff can only export max amount data based on ACL for each role.
    Staff Open - 50 records
    Manager Open - 100 records

    Admin - 500 records
    Franchise admin - unlimited

  11. At the moment there is only the ability to filter Buyer Leads by contract requested and offer made as per below.

    It would be good to be able to add additional filters like:

    1. Requested or Sent Building and Pest Inspection Report

    2. Requested or Sent Due Diligence Information

    3. Registered for Auction

    4. Requested or Sent EOI/Tender Offer Form

  12. On the dashboard, users of Manager-level and above are able to view data of other consultants, consultant groups, and offices.

  13. View the permissions for each contact in the RH navigation column of their record, rather than click the “Edit” button to view.
    To avoid marketing emails/SMS being sent to contacts, when they have explicitly requested not to receive them, or they have unsubscribed.

    I would like the ability to use a Letterhead template for library templates
    This will allow me to print library templates directly onto the electronically saved letterhead paper.

    Under, Settings - Library - Page Setup - + Add Page
    Once the parameters are set, allow staff to upload a letterhead template.

    When creating a library template and selecting the page setup, the template will automatically print, including the letterhead header and footer as outlined in the uploaded letterhead template from the page setup.

  17. As a NZ client,
    I want to be able to include package booking info in my RENZ portal feed
    in order to modify my standard website booking without having to send a manual email or manage it online outside of Box+Dice.
    We may have a standard booking package which applies to any new listings which are created via a feed from Box+Dice. However we want a particular property to be upgraded or downgraded from that standard booking, we’d like it to be included in the feed rather than having to contact the portal separately via email, or managing the booking…

  18. Can we please move the additional options on the buyer check-in screen down to the bottom (less priority).

    Our agents are constantly complaining about accidently hitting these buttons at busy open homes and they either mark the client as a purchaser (allowing no more check-ins and can't revert) or they open a different screen entirely which just creates panic and stress. Sometimes they have had to revert to their notes as an alternative and then checking clients in after the inspection which is not ideal.

  19. It would be useful for a provision on the Campaigns tab within a listing to show both the campaign total (marketing expenses) then an auction fee amount highlighted as a separate entity. This would help to remind the accounts team to easily see if the auction fee has been charged.

As a Media Vendor Integration user with Realhub I would like to receive meaningful error messages which articulate the issue (eg missing mobile number) and allow me to self-soothe when the Realhub sync fails so that I don't have to waste my time - and Box+Dice Support's - asking why the sync is failing. Support please vote this one up!!! :)
