  3. When receipting funds it would be great to be able to add notes or trust warnings - for example send receipt to a certain person or advise someone when funds received or don't charge advertising when settling. Currently can only add important notes to the listing tab that do not show on accounting tab.

  5. While we can now create a new custom template for Auto Responder emails, the subject line is hardcoded.

    It would be nice if we could edit this Subject line the same way we can with Blast to make it more personable.

  6. We would love for the app to push OFI times added onto portals.

    We really need the flexibility to change this remotely on the mobile app as the team are often creating updates in between opens without access to a computer for the web version.

  8. It would be great if box+dice could host a PDF as a link.

    What we mean by this, for example, is if we had a contract of sale PDF that we wanted to send via text message link to a client, we could do so by sending them the link that they click that takes them to the PDF hosted by the box+dice website.

  9. As a consultant making calls I want to address a client by their correct name when they answer the phone so that they know they are familiar to me.

    At the moment the Firstname is the only name visible on the contact screen so I would as to speak to that formal name eg/ Trinh rather than the name they go by, eg/ Rose.

    Another example - Nikolaos is his legal name but he goes by Nick. I wouldn't know this unless I clicked Edit Contact Details.

    In Vault and My Desktop, there is an option to create automatic buyer lead responses per listing.

    This allows you to create listing information that is not currently available online. For example, the client wants the listing to show as current on the portals, but when a contact enquiries they would receive information such as "This property is currently Under Contract"

    Having the listing as current online allows for more interaction with the listing than if it was advertised as Under Contract.

  11. We have recently turned on the automatic check in SMS to buyers and would like to be able to view the following stats:
    1. Click through rates
    2. Number of unsubscribes.
    It would be great if these reports could be available to us in the future so we can assess the effectiveness of the message.

  12. Would it be possible to have the legal name of a contact pull through as the name listed on all documents generated - ie account sale reports, instead of just the general letters.

    Otherwise just the client 'name' appears which may not be sufficient for accounting / legal purposes on all documents.

    You do not always need to input a legal name, however when you do it is often because it is required. And you would want this legal name to pull through to all documents relating to this client/sale.

  13. To have contacts automatically pushed across to activepipe they are required to be in a (My contact) category - meaning they are assigned to an agent.

    Currently box and dice does not automatically do this when an agent adds a new contact to the system

    Therefore we need to manually enter contacts from box & dice to say activepipe.

    I suggest this is reviewed as I feel this is a basic feature the CRM should do when gathering data

  14. I've been told that B+D has 4 options for type of sale:
    Sold before auction
    Sold after auction
    Sold at auction
    Private Sale.
    For our record keeping purposes it would be a massive help if off market sales could be recorded. Currently we have to measure this metric manually instead of running a report. Is this something that could be accommodated.
    While those are Sale Types, within that you can filter for Listing Type Off Market and run the report from there, however there are instances where the listing type would be Auction or EOI, or PS, and a property…

  15. Currently it isn't possible to view or edit rental listings on the mobile app.

    It would be nice if this was possible, to be able to make rental listing updates such as price changes and status updates (e.g. changing from Current to Leased) whilst out of the office.

  16. It would be useful to be able to present contacts with the ability to unsubscribe from different types of blast campaigns.
    For example to unsub from a newsletter, but retain subscription to auction reminders and OFI reminders.

    Currently users can only unsubscribe from ALL blast emails.

  17. When receiving commission for a conjunctional listing, we add the conjunctional agent's commission as a deduction so that our agents/office will be paid the correct amount.

    On multiple occasions the full balance of deposit has accidentally been released to our General Account. It would be good not to have to manually check if a sale requires a conjunctional commission share payment before releasing deposit.

    Perhaps via a 'defacto' invoice, or some method of creating a Pending Payment.

  18. As a consultant I want to be able to attach files to a Blast Campaign the same way I can attach files to a normal email from Box+Dice so that I can include relevant documents like Contracts, SOIs or Brochures and get engagement data about them.
