  1. We have a few agents wanting to use Auto Alerts to remind them of anniversaries.

    Wondering if it would be possible to add “Click to Call’ functionality on a client in an alert, so we can encourage them to call through the App when they get the alert and leave a note after?

  2. We are really interested in getting the pre-filled matching criteria functionality that exists on to the desktop in to the agent app.

    Currently an agent can add buying criteria when they are at an open, but they don't have the ability to pre-fill based on the listing the buyer is attending.
    We are trying to encourage our agents to update criteria's for all buyers but one of the pain points is how much time it takes and adding this button could help us get them to actually do it.

  3. Add Interest Price information to the Agent App.
    I can see where to add the interest price via the desktop but is there also an option via the app? I am wanting the information to appear in the advanced vendor report price feedback chart.

  4. We would love for the app to push OFI times added onto portals.

    We really need the flexibility to change this remotely on the mobile app as the team are often creating updates in between opens without access to a computer for the web version.

As someone who spends most of my day working from my phone, I would like to be able to see whether buyers have opened the emails I send to them (for example contracts) in the agent app, to know who is engaged and should be followed up. Currently I need to log into the web application to see this.

  7. For the mobile app, please move the email address to the top, secondary to the mobile field, replacing the phone after BH and secondary mobile as they are not necessary anymore.

  10. When adding a contact as a buyer on the app, if you are searching using numbers e.g. adding the contact by mobile, we would love the for the numeric keyboard to appear like a keypad, similarly to editing a mobile on a contact. This enables a more efficient process for agents and less room for error when entering contacts at opens as the keypad is a larger screen.

  12. There is a section to put the keysafe details on the listing, however, it is not visible to the agents in the app when they are at the property when they actually need the code.

    Admin need to double up and add a note as well so the agents can see remotely.

Can we please move or remove the mark as purchaser button in the app, sometimes our agents accidently hit this when they are checking people into properties and then they are no longer able to check people in. Alternativley it should be a user rights option as it is not common for agents to be processing the contract details hence not needing to mark as purchaser

  14. Can we please move the additional options on the buyer check-in screen down to the bottom (less priority).

    Our agents are constantly complaining about accidently hitting these buttons at busy open homes and they either mark the client as a purchaser (allowing no more check-ins and can't revert) or they open a different screen entirely which just creates panic and stress. Sometimes they have had to revert to their notes as an alternative and then checking clients in after the inspection which is not ideal.

  15. A basic 'property search' in the Box & Dice mobile app . Not all contacts have had communication. Currently can only search 'Appraised, Listed, Sold. By having a basic property search this would be ideal for agents looking at farming. ie: Door knocking. As an agent walks to a door, to know the owners name is 'warmer' than not using a name. A basic in courtesy - using someones name. After all, isn't this a basic search - a property address?

  16. Certain iOS mobile apps are compatible with the Apple Split View feature which makes multi-tasking possible when using an iPad device. This feature allows for multiple apps to be open side by side, as outlined in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YbaiZS_G2a4.

    Please can the Box+Dice mobile app be made compatible with the Apple Split View feature, to allow for better multi-tasking on iPad devices across various apps.

  17. Reading the client contact details in the app is difficult when checking in on the mobile. It would be great if we could have an app setting to increase the font size as the phone setting doesn't appear to impact the applications settings.

  18. Currently it isn't possible to view or edit rental listings on the mobile app.

    It would be nice if this was possible, to be able to make rental listing updates such as price changes and status updates (e.g. changing from Current to Leased) whilst out of the office.
