Advertising Copy
We need to add HTML tags to the Adverting Copy section. Labelling tags in the description boosts SEO and thus creates snowball effect for the fed-thru website and listing in the entirety.

Hover to see number of tasks on any given day
When creating a new task I would like to be able to select a date that has less tasks to even out my workload.
Currently I have to click into the date or have open in a secondary tab. It would be ideal when creating the task that hovering over potential due dates would show me how many tasks I already have on that date.

Remove GST deduction from GCI calculations
Currently the system calculates GCI as NCI because it automatically deducts GST. There is no option to report via the consultant dashboard or in sale details to INCLUDE the GST component in GCI calculations.
The fact that the system uses 'GCI' (Gross Commission Income) and "GCI (Gross Commission Introduced) is misleading and annoying given that Gross Commission Income is a standard industry metric INCLUDING GST.
In any case, Income or Introduction, neither of the figures are 'Gross' if they deduct GST.

Image column available in the table view

Full Name Details on Vendor Reports
We would love to had an option to display full name details of buyer leads on the vendor reports.

Display Office ID somewhere easy to view
You can pull office ID from the code, but it would be great to be able to store this info somewhere easy for those with access to view, perhaps on the office page?
As a network, we have many integration partners that need this information and it would be great to have it easily accessible in the same screen as all the other information we need to supply to them.

Finding properties not under management for BDM
As a BDM I would like to be able to filter for contacts in my system who own a property that is not their residential address and that is not currently under management by my agency, and to be able to also filter/order this by number of properties owned

At this point in time you can search for a File Reference by using Ctrl+F, but a whole list of properties appear, which then means needing to scroll through the list to find the File Reference required highlighted. Imagine, after years of using Box & Dice how many properties you will need to scroll through to find the highlighted File Reference that you could be searching for. This obviously, is not ideal!

As an agent, I would like to send my details to a clients mobile via a button in Box+Dice, that sends them a contact card with the following information:
Name, Position, Mobile, Phone BH, Email Address

Bulk Print Pipeline Clients, One Contact per A4 Page, Full Note/Timeline History
A top operator who uses another CRM is able to have his pipeline printed in the following format:

As a buyer's advocate user, it would be great if there was a way to record a Purchased not just a Sold transaction lifescycle.
As a buyer's advocate user, it would be great if there was a way to record a Purchased transaction journey, rather than just the Sell journey. Instead of loading in listings for sale, we would be loading properties to potentially buy that meet our client’s briefs & also to communicate easily to our agent database.
At the moment Box+Dice seems built for agents listing & selling. We need to be able to track off-market opportunities & properties online & ultimately enter in our client's purchases once bought & have these shown as “PURCHASED” not “SOLD”.

Show recipients per Listing on E-Alert screen/reports
As a sales agent I want to see how many buyers received my Listing in an E-Alert send and the listing's clickthrough rate so that I can provide this feedback to my Vendors and use it as a selling point for prospective Vendors. It will also help me measure the effectiveness of this marketing channel at a listing level.

Prospecting - Add Consultant so can filter
I just recently learnt how to use the Prospecting funtion to map out and add properties in a certain area. However, even if you add your own name as the consultant, the search filters do not work. I explained to the Help Desk I literally just wanted to say add 20 properties, put my name against the propereties and filter by suburb | name. The issue is that unless the property is listed as Appraisal | For Sale etc - it brings up every property in that suburb and every consultant. I don't want to turn them into appraisals as…

Add E-Alert interest as Web Leads
Feature request posted on behalf of client :
A recent E-Alert that went out from our account via B+D to compatible potential buyers for a particular listing had 6 unique people clicked through to view the listing. The feature request then is to set up 'ingestion' of these clicks over to the Buyer Leads section of the listing...

Rotate main image shown on portals
Create a new feature to enable or disable depending on agent preference.
Business Case:
Rotating the main image on the portal through a few (best) images gains significantly more traffic to the details page of a listing.Details:
B&D would rotate the order of the first (X) photos for a property every (Y) days so that the photo displayed in portal search results (i.e. the first photo) would change. Rather than relying on picking the best photo, the agent would pick perhaps 5 good photos to be rotated through.

As a user of multiple complex advertising templates, I would like to be able to enter a template name of longer than 30 characters
So that these can be entered accurately and quickly, they enter these as advertising campaign templates, which need to describe both the contents and the office. The advice that the current limit of 30 characters makes this very difficult, and the resulting names hard to understand.
Suppliers and Items can both have very long names (>60 characters)

Cancelled Auction Toggle
Given that we are expecting a slight downturn in the market – we thought it would be beneficial to have a ‘Cancelled Auction’ Toggle – similar to the ‘Pass in Toggle’ where we could mark an auction as cancelled before changing it to a private sale.
This would assist with reporting and tracking Auction Results.
