See if a contract that was emailed has been opened and how many times
I have found out another program used by a fellow agent in another company allows them to see when the contract has been opened and how many times it has been opened.
I know we can see email blasts openings but being able to see if attachments sent via email through Box and Dice have been opened and how many times would be invaluable to ascertaining a buyer's level of interest if you are struggling to get hold of a buyer.

Filter by listing type in App
Can we please have the option to filter listings in the Box+Dice App by Listing Type. This would help an agent distinguish between live and off market listings.

Print out a checklist of property features
We would like to print the property attributes on a report. The idea is that an agent would go to the property and tick the sheet with attributes and bring back for office admin to enter into the listing. i.e pool, A/C etc.
It would be ideal if this report could contain the exact options available on the property (advanced fields, views, materials, features, styles) including custom ones we have added into settings.

Editing photos via the mobile App
Can you please look into the ability to be able to change the order of images in a listing in the mobile app.
At the moment, we physically have to be in front of a desktop to be able to change photo's around in box and dice. If we could move a new photo to the hero shot position when we are out on the road, or with a vendor, this would allow us to be extremely proactive and amend things straight away. We would not have to wait until we are back in front of a desktop hours later.

Tracking agent appraisals and KPIs
A fundamental for tracking salespeople's KPIs is how many appraisals they have conducted for the month - regardless of whether they are still active or closed - I just want to know how many were done. It appears the many different pathways (Activity Report, Whiteboard, Management Reports) I have been advised to follow to get this information are inconsistent. It would great if I could go to each salesperson and have a list a basic KPIs - appraisals conducted, active appraisals, database growth, database contacts available and not have to look in 8 different places.

Listing Calendar of Important Dates
Can we please have a calendar of important dates made available for administration staff that includes all expected settlement dates, expected deposit release dates, deposit balance due dates, authority expiry dates etc?
Admin staff would like to be able to track this information so they can set up meeting invites to go into their Outlook calendars and then only need to be making changes to dates in Box+Dice to changed settlement dates etc and have their calendar update at the same time.

Registered buyer total in project summary screen
When viewing the project summary screen we can see the total number of units, appraisals, listings, reservations, sales.
It would be handy to also see the total number of registered buyers across all listings within the project here, to enhance our vendor reporting.2 votes -
Ability to load multiple Contract Documents and 'Send to app'
Often the size of a contract document is of a large file size and in some cases need to be saved in multiple documents, rather than just one document.
Can the system be changed to allow the contract to be uploaded into more than one file and/or increase the allowed file size; and be able to 'send all' docs marked as Contract out from the Agent App.

365 SMTP email relay option
Scenario - an office uses Microsoft Exchange Online to manage their email.
All emails have an email signature injected into the email at the exchange end.
User data is retrieved dynamically from AD(Active Directory) and used in the signatures.The HTML based signatures for users in Box and Dice is not manageable with so many users and changes that occur (email addresses, titles, mobiles etc.) within a large organisation.
Can a feature be added whereby customers can select to use an external mail relay or SMTP mail server to send out emails from Box and Dice.

Adding a buyers address to their contact screen on the App while at an OFI
We have had a few agents ask why there isn't an 'add address' section on the mobile app? Buyers have requested for an updated market appraisal while attending an OFI. Because the agent is already on the buyer list page for the OFI he/she can't add the address?
A contact button on the buyer screen at an open would be handy also. So if buyers do request contracts at the OFI, our agents can immediately press this button and it'll filter through to the 'manage buyer' area on their computers.

Prevent upload to portals unless a Statement of Information is present
In the state of Victoria it is mandatory that a Statement of Information document must be present when a Residential Sale Listing is advertised online.
It would be great for the system to somehow alert or notify a user when they try to push a listing to the portals that either warns the user that they have not loaded a Statement of Information document yet or doesn't allow them to post the Residential Sale listing live without a Statement of Information document.
(Bearing in mind exceptions for listings outside the state of Victoria or commercial listings)

Unlimited Team Members on OFI Times
Could we please have the option to add an unlimited number of team members to an OFI time? At present it is limited to two consultants and the only way to add more to it is to have an additional OFI time added in. This however results in a duplicate time online if the agency is web portal loading from B+D. Thank you.

Web Portal & My Website Status
A number of agencies have requested for the My Website Status and Web Portal Loading functions to be positioned in the same section of the system so they do not accidentally forget to change their own website's listing status (currently under the Listing Information screen).

Retain Cancelled Sales Data after Listing Reinstated
The current system functionality is such that when a sale is cancelled (i.e. a purchaser has pulled-out of a sale) the Purchaser Activity is changed to Purchaser-Cancelled and the Vendor-Sold Activity is changed to Vendor-Cancelled. All of the sale details remain on the Sales Voucher allowing the cancelled transaction to be viewed again at any time.
If the Listing is placed back on the market immediately, the standard process is to reinstate the same Listing ensuring all campaign details are retained on the same Listing record including any IDs for web portal loading etc.

Please can we request that an auto alert set up with a contact name or property could be click-able and take you to the contact or property in Box + Dice.

Appraisal Source - mandatory field
Is it possible to make this a mandatory field on appraisals? It would help with reports etc so that you are able to gain an idea of where your appraisals/listings are coming from so you know where to concentrate your time.

As an Administrator, I would like to have an option to make Appraisal/Listing Source compulsory, or not, as per internal company policy.

As an agent I want my daily tasks emailed to me, I can then click on one and it takes me to the task in B+D to complete.

Accessing Library through App
Would it be possible to increase the functionality of the app by being able to access the library in the agent app?
Understandably, this is a lot of data that needs to be processed in order to open the library up each time, perhaps if the agent only had access to their own folder in the library? Admin teams could set up the SMS template for any agent who chooses to use it.We would find this incredibly helpful when sending out SMSs to buyers.
