1. Trade Me Coming Soon Listings

   Trade Me Property has created a new pre-list listing type called Coming Soon which will allow agents to publish a property to Trade Me before it goes to market. A Coming Soon listing:
   Runs for a fixed 5 days
   Carries no price or sale method
   Cannot be edited, extended, relisted or promoted after creation.
   Withdrawal is permitted and is unchanged.

   Please find attached a specification of how you can support agents with the adoption of this new functionality.  Note this functionality is specifically for Residential for Sale

   Please create a function in the CRM to clients to upload Coming Soon listings

2. Enhance the Merge Properties Comparison Modal

   On the property merge, add the activity consultant to the de-dupe sheet .
   Particularly on sale and appraisal transactions

3. Make B&D more user friendly

   I have a few suggestions that I think would make the Box & Dice interface much more user-friendly and intuitive.

   As we all log in individually, it would make sense for the system to automatically select the logged-in user when entering an appraisal, creating an open time, or accessing the Legacy Library letters.

   At the moment, we have to use a drop-down menu to select our own name. In an office such as Sandringham, with 35+ agents, this can become quite cumbersome. It seems much more intuitive for the system to default to the agent who is currently logged in, with the option to change the user where necessary. In most cases, the only people who would need to select another user would be admin staff or members of the marketing team.

   The Legacy Library is another area that could be significantly streamlined. Finding a simple letter template currently requires navigating through company folders by office, then personal folders by office, and finally scrolling through a list of 30+ agents to find the relevant template. This feels unnecessarily time-consuming.

   Ideally, the system could recognise the logged-in agent and take them directly to their relevant templates, or at least provide a much simpler way of filtering and searching the library.

   One other issue that has recently become particularly frustrating is the "Your changes won't be saved. Do you want to navigate away?" warning that appears whenever I try to open a new window. This is happening even when I haven't made any changes. It creates unnecessary confusion and makes the system feel less intuitive.

   Overall, I think there are some relatively simple opportunities to reduce the number of clicks and unnecessary selections throughout the platform. Automatically recognising the logged-in user, improving the Legacy Library search/filtering, and fixing the unnecessary "changes won't be saved" warning would make a noticeable difference to the day-to-day user experience.

   I have a few suggestions that I think would make the Box & Dice interface much more user-friendly and intuitive.

4. CRM Settings - Sold By Other Management

   We want settings similar to CRM > Sources > Source Names to manage agent names added under Sold By Other Listings. This will help correct typos and similar mistakes.

5. Display Price Field - Increase Character Limit

   We would love to see the character limit increased in the Display Price field. The current limit doesn't allow enough room for common sales method wording used in New Zealand, such as deadline sale dates and conditions.

   Increasing the character limit would give agents more flexibility to accurately display important listing information and create consistency across marketing platforms.

6. Add Office-Based Permissions for Editing Listing Information

   Currently, the Edit Listing Information permission allows users to edit any listing regardless of which office it belongs to.

   Unlike many other permissions in Box+Dice, this ACL does not provide office-based permission levels such as:

   Edit only their office
   Edit their authorised office(s)

   This creates inconsistent permission behaviour and makes it difficult for agencies with multiple offices to restrict users to editing listings that belong only to the offices they are responsible for.

   It also allows users to change a listing's office, which can unintentionally enable other office-restricted actions that rely on the listing's office assignment.

   Requested Enhancement:

   Introduce office-scoped permission levels for Edit Listing Information:

   Edit only their office
   Edit their authorised office(s)

   These options should behave consistently with other office-based ACLs throughout the CRM.

   Benefits:

   Improves security by preventing users from editing listings outside their permitted office(s).
   Provides consistent behaviour across the ACL framework.
   Supports multi-office agencies with stronger office-level access controls.
   Reduces the risk of permission escalation through office reassignment.
   Gives administrators greater control over who can modify listing information.

   Current Workaround:

   There is currently no practical workaround.

   As an additional limitation, there is also no Automation trigger for "Listing Office Edited", making it difficult for administrators to identify when a listing's office has been changed or by whom. Adding this automation trigger would also help agencies monitor and audit office changes.

   Business Value:

   This enhancement would strengthen permission controls, improve auditing capabilities, and provide a more consistent and secure experience for agencies operating across multiple offices.

   Currently, the Edit Listing Information permission allows users to edit any listing regardless of which office it belongs to.

7. Alert me when My Contact purchases a property

   Currently, we can alert an agent when one of their My Contact’s inspects a property listed by another agent/office within our network however there isn't an available alert to notify consultants when their My Contact is added as a purchaser for a sale. While triggers exist for “Purchaser Added,” they don’t extend to notifying the My Contact Consultant.

   This capability would be incredibly helpful for our team, ensuring that consultants are kept informed whenever their My Contact completes a purchase, even if the transaction occurs through a different office. It would also support better follow-up and relationship management.

8. Automatic Website Status Updates from Listing Status Changes

   It would be great if Box + Dice could automatically update a listing's website status when the listing is marked as Settled or Cancelled.

   At the moment, our team needs to update both the listing status and website status separately, which creates an extra manual step and can sometimes result in outdated listings remaining on our website.

   Having these statuses update automatically would save time and help ensure our website always displays current listings.

   We would love to have Vendor and Buyer Portals that allow clients to access relevant information throughout the sales process.

   Potential features could include:

   • Access to campaign updates and vendor reports
   • Inspection and enquiry feedback
   • Open for inspection attendance statistics
   • Viewing scheduled appointments
   • Document sharing and signing
   • Property updates and communication history
   • Buyer access to contracts, property documents and transaction updates
   • Automated notifications when new information is available
   • Integration with Realestate.com.au to display campaign performance metrics such as views, saves and enquiries, giving vendors a single place to monitor their property's performance

10. Default sort order of uploaded listing files

    Since the update to B+D I have noticed the Approved Files in the Listing page is no longer in Date Added order. Is there any way I can default this back to dated added, so I don't have to keep clicking on the ⬆️Date Added heading?
    I would like to be able to set a default to have files saved in 'Approved Files' be sorted in Date Order not by File Type.

12. Alert trigger based on "Campaign Start Date"

    I would like to be able to configure alerts based on the campaign start date / when a listing goes online; for example:

    • notify a staff member when a listing goes online and include certain information such as the vendor details.

    • notify a staff member to call a vendor when their listing has been on the market for more than X days.

18. Sold By Other - Agent List

    In the Sold By Other modal, you can select an existing agent from the list or crate a new. This has resulted in a huge list of agents and agencies which isn't manageable.

    We need a way to tidy up this list (merging all duplicate agents) and control the creation of new agents/agencies being added to the list.

19. Option to upload files/documents IN BULK to multiple Box & Dice Listing/Property Files

    Like most businesses, we have a number of forms – Privacy statements, fillable offer forms, trust account detail forms etc that need to be in each file section of our listing for administration purposes and also available to the sales agents (through the agents app).

    These are generic forms which need updating from time to time and also need to be added to or changed regularly.

    Wouldn't it be great to be able to add these files to all current listings in a bulk upload?

    It's currently extremely time consuming to search and open each individual listing file and drag each new file document in every time. (We have over 130 files at present all requiring these uploads)

    I know there has to be a better way! Please vote for bulk file uploads!

20. BCC the second agent when sending listing-related emails

    I’d love if you could consider adding a ‘Bcc the second agent’ on the send email section.

    We constantly have duplication of messages in our agency and this would be helpful in reducing this if they could be bcc’d.
